Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your jewellery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

The Gift Cross

Each purchase includes a second cross intended to be gifted anonymously. If you decide to return your order, we kindly ask that both crosses are returned together in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has arrived. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
